Printing Order of the Ink Wheel Cracker

When the toner is turned on and printed, please do it in the following order:

1, boot Preheat 5 to 10 minutes, the temperature reaches 100 °C to work.

2, turn on the code player control switch and operation switch, and then single print, check whether the signal of the photoelectric switch is normal.

3, photoelectric switch induction once, should make the printing wheel turn once(that is, printing once), and at the same time the counter also counts once to be normal.

4, adjust the printing wheel and the printing wheel to the appropriate contact depth of about 0.05 -- 0.01 mm.

5, adjust the printing wheel and ink wheel to the appropriate contact depth of about 0.05-0.10 mm.

6. The adjustment of the diffuse knob is most appropriate between the 6-8 scale values.

When the above steps are correct, you can start printing.
